Espora Productos are hand-made in Mexico City, using a few simple ingredients to produce small-batch, flavorful marmalades. They create gourmet, Mexican-made products, “resurrecting” them from generation-old recipes. LOOT carries Guyaba (Guava), Ciruela (Plum) and Kumquat marmalades, as well as Jalapeños or Chipotle chilies pickled with pilloncio. Espora Productos are dedicated to sustainable practices, a component of any business that we admire and support, and believe in “promoting mindful eating.” A gift for friends who love to cook, or for yourself to provide a little reminder of Zihuatanejo each time you open the pantry.
